Plain terms for buying a hat from DADAMARK. If something here is unclear, ask before you order and we will answer.

Who you are buying from

Prices

Hats are $45.00 USD each. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping. Tax is not currently collected at checkout.

Shipping — please read the part about two hats

Shipping is a flat $8.00 per checkout.

Each hat is currently sold through its own checkout. That means:

• Buying more than one of the same hat is one checkout and one $8.00 charge.
• Buying two different hats means going through checkout twice, and you will pay $8.00 each time.

We would rather tell you that up front than have you discover it at the till. We are working on combining orders; until it exists, this is how it behaves.

We currently ship within the United States.

When your order arrives

Every hat is printed by hand, one at a time. We do not quote a dispatch or delivery window, because we would rather promise nothing than promise a date we might miss. You will get an email confirming your order, and we will tell you when it ships. If you need it by a particular date, ask us first and we will tell you honestly whether that is realistic.

Returns

Our returns policy is still being finalised. Rather than publish terms we have not settled, here is the commitment in the meantime: if something arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, contact us and we will put it right. For anything else, write to us and we will deal with it fairly. This section will be replaced with a specific policy, and orders placed before then will be treated under whichever terms are more generous to you.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout pages and never pass through this website. An order is accepted when payment completes and you receive a confirmation email from Stripe.

If we cannot fulfil an order

If we cannot make or send what you ordered, we will tell you and refund you in full. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

The product

Hats are hand printed in Tennessee on blank caps. Colours on a screen are not an exact match for colours in daylight, and because each hat is pressed individually there is slight variation between them. That is a property of how they are made, not a fault.

Changes

These terms may change. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, and the date at the top tells you which that is.
